Start of Crowds: It starts getting crowded around 5:00 PM, so it's recommended to prepare early and arrive.
Traffic Restriction Times: Around 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Senju-Shinbashi entrances/exits of the Metropolitan Expressway Central Circular Route (inner and outer loops) will be closed, and general roads around the venue will also be closed to traffic. Please be aware when planning your visit.
