Cancellations up to 2 days before your [Usage Date]: Free of charge
Cancellations on the day before or on your [Usage Date]: 100% of the usage fee
To cancel, please do so yourself via the 'Reservation Plan Details' link in item 3 of your reservation confirmation email, at least two days prior to your scheduled visit. If you have any questions, please contact us via the Inquiry Form.

An additional peak day surcharge will apply.
● Changing a reservation from a Peak Day to a Regular Price day
Up to two days before your [Usage Date]: We recommend that you cancel your reservation yourself via the reservation completion email and rebook.
*If we make the date change for you, the peak day surcharge will remain.
On the day before or on your [Usage Date]: The peak day surcharge will still apply after the date change. *Please note that no refunds will be issued.
